Meredith Gerber, Joe Zopolsky and James Erdle led the GPMZ team that successfully defended a multi-party construction defect case in arbitration.

After five days of testimony, evidentiary submissions and extensive briefing, the arbitrator determined that GPMZ’s client had zero liability and owed nothing – notwithstanding the multi million dollar award rendered against other parties.

The result represents another big win for the GPMZ litigation team!
