Mr. Erdle has represented clients in civil litigation matters throughout Texas. Mr. Erdle has handled complex business, commercial, and fiduciary litigation related to contracts, estates and trusts, real estate, banking, employment, construction, professional liability, catastrophic personal injury, claims against non-subscribers to workers’ compensation, as well as trucking and transportation.
Mr. Erdle is admitted to practice in Texas and Oklahoma State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas.
