Mr. Erdle has represented clients in civil litigation matters throughout Texas. Mr. Erdle has handled complex business, commercial, and fiduciary litigation related to contracts, estates and trusts, real estate, banking, employment, construction, professional liability, and catastrophic personal injury, including claims against non-subscribers to workers’ compensation, as well as trucking and transportation.
