Mr. Robertson primarily represents business entities and individuals in commercial litigation and arbitration matters and in real property and other business transactions.

His litigation and arbitration experience includes disputes involving: alcoholic beverage regulation; civil rights; contracts; deceptive trade practice areas; debt collection; evictions; foreclosures; fraud; fraudulent transfers; oil and gas leases; real estate leases; real property titles; secured transactions; and probate matters.

His real property and business transaction experience includes representation of: lenders and borrowers and in commercial real estate financing transactions; buyers and sellers of commercial real estate; buyers and sellers of oil and gas interests; and landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions.

Mr. Robertson worked as a petroleum landman in southeast Texas before attending law school. During law school, he served as the Student Works and Research Editor of the Southwestern Law Journal (now known as the SMU Law Review) and on the moot court board.
