Mr. Stevenson handles a wide variety of business, corporate and real estate matters and has assisted clients with the formation of various corporate business entities, partnerships and LLC’s and day to day general counsel and business contractual matters, including contracts, purchase and sale of businesses, buy sell agreements as well as employee and contractor matters; office and business leases and the sale and/or purchase of real estate for residential, rental and business use.

With his CPA and legal tax background he provides both legal and tax advice in the areas of business, corporate and personal tax matters, including tax planning, tax audits and tax collection matters.

He also assists clients in the area of taxable and non-taxable estates with estate planning and preparation of wills, trusts and health care documents and works with both families and business owners in the planning of their estate plan and gifting transactions to minimize the federal estate tax burden on the next generation.  Further, he assists families with the probate process and administration of the estate to transfer the personal assets, investments and businesses to the next generation of your family or others.  With his background in tax work and accounting he also prepares gift tax and estate tax returns.
