Mr. Ormand has an extensive corporate background as a counsel and as a manager of business operations. He has worked with numerous corporations, both private and publicly owned. His work includes the purchase and sale of many business operations.

His involvement with public corporations included participation in a wide variety of SEC compliance filings, listing applications filed with the American Stock Exchange, preparation of proxy materials for shareholder meetings, and proxy solicitations. He was involved in the management of business operations in many different industries. One of them was in an oil and gas service unit that operated in numerous countries, primarily in the Middle East.

Mr. Ormand is a former member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Alternative Staffing, and handled a wide variety of employment law matters.
