Mr. Ormand has an extensive corporate background as a counsel for or as a manager of business operations. He has worked with numerous corporations, both private and publicly owned, in a wide variety of industries. His work includes the purchase and sale of many assets and business operations, financing transactions, and employment law matters.

His involvement with corporations included participation in a wide variety of compliance filings, and participation in many director and shareholder meetings.

Mr. Ormand is a former director of numerous business entities, and a former member or director of several industry associations.
