Linda practices estate planning and probate. She joined Erny Simmons’ and James V. Roberts’ trust and estate practice at the Dallas firm of Glast, Phillips and Murray, P.C. in June of 2023. Prior to joining the firm, she administered more than 200 estates on behalf of a national bank in Dallas, serving there for more than 22 years. She maintained a solo practice from 1984 until 2000, with a focus on family law, estate planning and probate.
