Mr. Cousins practices in litigation and dispute resolution. He has experience in every federal district court in Texas and many state courts. He has had significant experience in commercial, real estate, and securities litigation.

Mr. Cousins was certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Trial Law 1979-2013. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Seventh Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Western, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas.
