About
Sally Stolper Bybee was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Upon obtaining a BBA from the University of Texas and a JD from the University of Oklahoma, Sally moved to Washington, D.C. to work in the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice. In 1990, Sally moved to Dallas where she was an associate in the litigation section of a national law firm. During 1994, after having two children, she became committed to a career in family law and has worked exclusively in the area of family law since. With over thirty-five years of experience, Ms. Bybee serves clients throughout the Dallas Metroplex, including Collin, Dallas, Denton, and Tarrant Counties. She has also travelled throughout the State to advocate for clients’ causes.
Ms. Bybee has a keen ability to handle the most complex property and custody issues. Ms. Bybee uses her business background daily in business issues relating to divorce, including property division, characterization and business valuation. In addition, she calls upon the team of business and tax attorneys in her firm to assist in specific tax, partnership and corporate issues. Ms. Bybee is equally qualified to handle difficult custody cases. She has a full understanding of the emotional issues involved in custody disputes, and is capable of navigating a client through the most demanding custody cases.
Sally works hard to create caring solutions for the unique needs of each client. She is experienced in negotiating a settlement outside the courtroom; however, if litigation becomes necessary, she has exceptional trial skills.
