Mr. Kidder represents clients in civil litigation matters. His practice areas include commercial litigation, construction defects, employment, insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, professional liability, as well as trucking and transportation litigation.

Mr. Kidder is admitted to practice in all Texas State Courts, all Utah State Courts, as well as the United States district court for the Northern District of Texas.

While in law school, Mr. Kidder served as Assistant Managing Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review.
