Mr. Kidder practices in the fields of estate planning, trusts, and probate law, with a focus on helping individuals and families implement clear, practical plans for the management and transfer of wealth. His work includes preparation of wills, trust agreements, and other estate planning documents for clients with taxable and non-taxable estates.

Mr. Kidder also represents clients in civil litigation related to commercial disputes, probate, and insurance defense matters.

Mr. Kidder is admitted to practice in all Texas State Courts, all Utah State Courts, as well as the United States district court for the Northern District of Texas.

While at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Mr. Kidder received the American Jurisprudence Award in Property Law, and was a member of the OU Law Business Law Society and the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, and served as Assistant Managing Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review.
