Mr. Bhandari represents clients in civil litigation matters. His practice areas include commercial litigation, construction defects, employment, insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, professional liability, as well as trucking and transportation litigation. He also has experience in the areas of antitrust, class-action, immigration, healthcare regulatory, and tax.

Mr. Bhandari is admitted to practice in all Texas State Courts.

During law school, Ashim served as an extern with the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and was a member of the Environmental Law and Policy Review.
