Ms. Escobedo has represented clients in civil litigation matters across the country. Her practice areas include commercial litigation, construction defects, environmental law, labor and employment, insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, professional liability, subrogation, and trucking and transportation litigation.

Ms. Escobedo was recognized as a “Texas Rising Star” every year from 2015 to 2023.

Ms. Escobedo is admitted to practice in all Texas State Courts, all Colorado State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
