Ms. Escobedo has represented clients in civil litigation matters across the country. Her practice areas include commercial litigation, construction defect litigation, employment, environmental law, family law, insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, product liability, subrogation, trucking and transportation litigation and workers’ compensation. Ms. Escobedo was recognized as a “Texas Rising Star” in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Ms. Escobedo is admitted to practice in all Texas State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
