Mr. Bishop practice areas in commercial real estate with an emphasis on commercial development such as retail, office, multi-family, and land. He has extensive experience in title, survey and easement issues arising out of commercial real estate development, structuring the formation of joint venture partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations to acquire, and develop and operate commercial properties.

He has represented various financial institutions including banks, savings & loans, and national commercial credit companies in commercial lending transactions. His works include letters of credit financing, asset-based lending, equipment, inventory, account receivable lending, rediscount, mezzanine financing, and mortgage lending throughout the United States. Additionally, he has represented clients in acquiring over two billion dollars in assorted debt instruments from the FDIC, RTC, and third parties.
