GPMZ’s Corporate group counsels business enterprises on strategic, transactional, operational, and financial matters. We have represented a number of companies from their formation as start-up corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies or joint ventures, to maturity. Our attorneys also have significant experience in representing doctors, medical practice areas, and the formation and maintenance of appropriate legal entities for such practice areas.

GPMZ’s Corporate group provides comprehensive advice on the creation and capitalization of such entities; assists in the implementation of labor policies, incentive compensation plans, employment and consulting agreements, and sales representative agreements; formulates approaches to minimize taxes for our clients; and provides consultation with respect to the protection of intellectual property. We regularly counsel business enterprises in connection with additional public and private financings with investment bankers, institutions, venture capitalists, commercial and other asset-based lenders, private investors and traditional bank lenders. Our attorneys have assisted in the expansion of these clients through trade, mergers and acquisitions, and franchising of their business concepts.

Our clients include financial institutions, corporate borrowers, securities issuers and other users of capital. Institutional clients include banks, insurance companies, other institutional investors and commercial financing and leasing companies.
